Chipping Hill Primary School

House captains are elected by the pupils at Chipping Hill following a speech by the nominated candidates and a question and answer session. The House Captain is selected from the Year 6 pupils and will act as a role model to the other children, leading their house for the academic year. A Vice-Captain will also be appointed and their role will be to support the Captain and deputise in their absence.

 

Our House Captains are automatically enrolled onto the Pupil Leadership team. Their role will be to work closely with the Senior Leadership team, analysing the School Development plan and sharing a pupil perspective of Learning and Teaching at Chipping Hill. Duties will include monitoring of standards, leading pupil perception reviews and engaging with educational visitors. A House Captain is the pinnacle for any pupil at Chipping Hill.
